[ANSYS Meshing] Hex mesh of a gasket

Hello,

How can I achive a regular hex mesh of gasket in ansys workbench 14 ? Something like this ?

An list of settings and steps would be the best answer.

I can help you in ICEM. Although it can be done in AM

No problem I can try in ICEM although im affraid there will be a problem importing the whole assembly into ICEM becouse it was done in autodesk inventor :/

If there is no other way i can remake it in a different program but which one ?
