Interior surface

Hi, I'm a student and I'm doing my thesis with ICEM.
I have a 3D mesh and I need to put same interior surfaces in the volume for the post-processing.
The problem is that ICEM doesn't mesh the surfaces, due to this Fluent doesn't recognize them. I tried to fix it in this way:
1) I selected, from the part setup menu, the "int. wall" option for the part of the new surfaces, but it makes error during the meshing with Smooth.
2) From the same menu I selected "split wall", but it makes errors too.
As you can see right now I'm shooting in the dark.
Please help me.
Excuse me for my bad English, I've to improve it...

HEllo Mario,

Usually if you select internal wall option it will mesh the internal surface. But make sure that there is a material point on either side of the internal surface. If you can post some images it will help in understanding your problem more clearly.

Regards
Jeevan

I made a mistake in the creation of the surfaces. The two volume weren't completely separated so ICEM gave error.
Thank you so much for your response.

Goodbye
