why tetra elements don't suit perfectly with body edges as you can see at the picture.

Define "thin cuts" should solve your problem I guess...........

Do you have curves between the surfaces in geometry? This will help ICEM to follow the edge.

try reducing element size in that curve. i.e. increase nodes numbers.
