Hi,
I'm generating the Hexa mesh for my geometry. Since my geometry is complex, it's time consuming to create all the surface for my geometry by the button 'Simple Surface'. I'm wondering, for Hexa mesh generation, could I skip the process of surface creating? Best regards and many thanks, lnk |

Help on ICEM Tcl scripting is rather very little and according to my knowledge there is no tutorial available in open litrature. May be big companies have their ICEM Tcl scripts for thier routine tasks, which they are not going to share with us .
I am also working on Tcl and going to share something about the ICEM Tcl scripting. Right now I am working on namespaces and procedures (proc). |

The 2D car tutorial covers replay...
There is a more advanced scripting file for how to hook up a wing generator inside ICEM CFD... I forget the name of that one, but it involves customizing the UI, etc. so may not be what you need. But back to your original question... Wha? Sorry, not sure what you are trying to do at all.

Thanks for your answer. I already solved that problem. I recently found out a bug about ICEM. For the same script, I open a new ICEM program from Windows. Then load that script. Then run it. I get a result. Then I click 'new project', not save the project. Then I load the script file again without saving it. ( So that it's not changed. ) Then I run the script again. But the result changes. There must be some change in ICEM if we use the button 'new project'. 'new project' is actually not totally new. Have you ever met this problem before? Best, lnk |
