.I’ve been working on a 2D section of the wing airfoil and flap element. As you may know, CFX can’t handle 2D meshes, so the workaround given by ANSYS is to use a Sweep method to generate the one element thick mesh. I’ve found that meshing success is very unpredictable- one set of mesh settings will work fine, and then I make a seemingly innocuous change such as expanding the outer air boundary and the meshing will fail. Any advice on 2D problems or Sweep methods?
Thanks! |
