Hello everyone,

I attemp to generate unstructured mesh in two dimension which takes a lot of time. However, the software benefits from five or percent of a CPU core. How can I increase the CPU usage?

what about memory usage? Try to give appropriate sizes on parts or curves of surfaces.

bluebase will become famous soon enough
Hi oz,

some unstr. meshing steps are run in serial, they cannot be sped up.

However, in the settings you'll find a field which defines how many cpus can be used. Increase this number to your number of available cores.
Though, i don't know how much this will help for unstructured meshing.

with regards,
Sebastian

Hello everyone,

First, thank you for the replies and sorry my response is delayed because ı was very busy. I checked the geometry and mesh setup. I found some errors in surfaces and unreasonable configurations, and speeded up the process. thank you.
