This is Mohamed Ismail, Mechanical Engineer from India.

I am just started learning CFD, I found ANSYS ICEM CFD tool so exciting and browsed the meshing file tutorial you have uploaded on YOUTUBE.

Since I am novice to CFD, I am feeling difficult to understand "Blocking Topology/Strategy" - How it works, which is good Top-down and Bottom-Up Approach, How to control each variable during Blocking - Meshing"? After going through some of tutorials on YOUTUBE, only I can see to use some commands in sequence and check meshing quality/aspect ratio"

It would be great if you can help me to identify some good starting point and method to be followed to improve and use ICEM CFD effectively

there are tutorial and training materials also. once you are familiar with the button under the blocking tab. the only way to get improve is by trying on actual geometries. if you browse this forum, you may find people learning too, download their geometry and try to mesh it for practice purpose...
