I am trying to mesh one model as shown here. My problem is having sharp corner. i collapsed blocked around it so getting triangle blocks. I tried to apply Quarter O-Grid for those blocks but getting negative elements. any help is well appreciated.

for this you need some special type of blocking strategy.
