When you klick on the link, you should klick on the little downloadbutton in the middle of the page (approximitly). That worked for me.

But i can upload and post it later on dropbox :-).

Too late, I'm already out of office
I've finished blocking and don't get into trouble. So I think your blocking is wrong. Maybe you forget to merge some verticies!? I'll take a look on it on Monday.

Or maybe anyone else could help you out (if it's urgent)

I'll take a look at it. Meanwhile you can try to improve the mesh quality by adjusting verticies in the right way


==> as I mentioned before, you've forgotten to merge several verticies
