hello everybody
Does anybody know how i can mesh a moving cylinder in a tube? tolerance between 2 cylinder is very small but it should be considered. thanks |

The mesh is always which we do in any mesher but if you want to simulate rotating cylinder you can use dynamic mesh algorithm or MRF/sliding meshing in fluent depending upon the movement of cylinder

thank you for your advice actually i have done blocking with icem and now i dont know how i can make a sliding mesh in icem i will be grateful for your advice |

Right, on the meshing side, you just need to mesh two zones (easy). Then the rest of the majic happens in the solver.
