ICEM Hexa Meshing Butterfly Valve (Structured)

Hello..Can anyone help me with meshing a butterfly valve..I want knnow how can I block the geometry in ICEM to get good angles..(Atleast 20 deg)..In current blocking i am getting 1 deg..I am not understanding how to improve it..Please find the enclosed pictures of the same..Awaiting for your suggestions..

Will same blocking strategy be used for the all opening settings?

Because the full opening case is very simple to block.
