Blocking strategy for ejector

I create O-Grid with selected blocks, delete blocks of pipe wall, then create another O-Grid for inner of small pipe, associate faces with surfaces for internal and external wall surface of a small tube and create O-Grid for big pipe. Any other ideas?

i would have done same thing...

How to create the O-Grid for big pipe (or it had to be created from the start) and improve the quality (some bad cells)?
|
i tried adding them but it didn't work. i know what it feels like to do it all over again, so i redid the blocking for you without the external tube. What's left to do is extrude one face following the external tube and add another o-grid, sorry about that... other than that, the quality is ok.

I didn't understand.
1. In your project I only click Pre-Mesh 2. I associate edges to... 3. ... curves. 4. I get the following. |
i made the outer o-grid. there were some errors like some weird linkings etc....i fixed them.
you've to push some edges to improve quality, but blocking is ok now. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/20868801/ejector.rar |
i fixed mine by associating the vertices first then the edge... i forgot to do that in the beginning. Anyway also thanks for mr christoph...
