How we can ensure that a surface that connects two bodies is an interface between them (i.e. it belongs to both bodies), in order to aviod duplicated surfaces (i.e. each surface belong to one body)

another question: If we have an imported geometry, can we know the coordinates of any selected point, or can we know the dimensions of any surface or body?
