Hey everyone!

I've done several volute hex meshes in the last month.

As I know, how annoying it could be to achieve a reasonable quality, I decided to provide my blocking approach and/or my scrip file to anyone, who's interested

So if you become desperate on trying to make a good blocking, just let me know.....I'll help you out

hello
I used to icem cfx14.5 realized this mesh but I have the message of negative Elements in cfx pre at the area of water cut my question is:
how to avoid this problem (the complexity of the geometry) and how to avoid inverted blocks
thank you my friends

sometimes you can't really do something against the complexity of the geometry, you then have two choices:
Change it in a more simplified one.
Or go with the unstructured mesh... it's your call
