how to generate unstructured mesh in two region

1 Attachment(s)
I have geomery region as shown in attachment. it is a solid square in square cavity.
I want to generate meshes in these two regions. but i met troubles about how to define these two regions and how to name it with "solid" and "fluid".
regards

Hi ~ just delete the solid body, so ICEM wont generate mesh in it. you just get mesh on fluid part.

Mesh -> Part Mesh Setup

Use the help button in ICEM and you will find a lot of answers ;)
