I'm working on a Selig S3024 aerofoil and the top quarter of the circular mesh (for the top surface) has a nice hexagonal mesh but the bottom quarter of the circular mesh (for the bottom surface) is tetrahedral and is giving me cells having very high skewness. Have you managed to figure out how to get a good mesh for both circular quarters?
