[GAMBIT] Error Open .dbs file

Hi,

I have a .dbs file sent to me by email, made in Gambit 2.2.4, i had Gambit 2.2.3 and upgraded it to 2.2.4 but still i cant open the dbs file, this message apears to me:

WARN: reading old format of database (version 2.2.14). the current version is 2.4.4 and in this format the current session will be saved.

Kindly how this problem can be fixed?

Its not an error, it is just warning ...

Click on the "Fit to Window" icon

You should install "Gambit 2.4.6". This is the only problem, nothing else. Don't waste time and find Gambit 2.4.6 and install it. I will send you a proper license file to work with it.

G 2.4.6 is working on my PC, i think that my friend should export the file to STEP file and send it to me, then i have to import it as STEP. right?

Basically you can open Gambit's old version-dbs with "last" version of SW.
