tet gemeration not working

Dear cfd-onliners,
i've got this boundary mesh very simple, a cube in Tgrid. The tet generation just doesn't work. error is "duplicate nodes", why is this happening, how can i solve it ?? Thanks a lot The mesh file is here: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/35161486/test.msh |

i don't see what is wrong with this mesh. In icem, i generated shell mesh using delaunay for each surface individually. there is a distorsion in the size of the elements because i forced it to match a curve bunching law...

Also in icem sometime when generating the delaunay after the octree it gaves me an error:
Application did not finish correctly. Error: tri2tet exited with a non-zero status Any idea ? |
