Open .dwg file in ICEM CFD

Hello!

I want to export these dwg files to ICEM CFD, but i couldn't.
Can somebody help me?

last time i worked with files from autocad, i exported them in STEP, then opened them in Designmodeler did you try that ?

What is STEP? I can not export in this format.

I see in this format in Autodesk Inventor Professional 2013,but do not allow in this format to export. ( Will not allow me to click on. ) Do you have any idea why?
