Multizone problem - reactor model
1 Attachment(s)
Hi everyone,

I'm working on the model of reactor. There are fluid parts (purple + blue inlet) and solid parts (brown, yellow...), but I'm not really satisfied with the brown part, elements are so narrow and small. Method and sizing (hard) are for both parts (yellow, brown and other solids) same = multizone hexa/tetra. Does anybody know what to do? I'm looking for a same structure like the yellow part.

Thank you in advance :)

The brown elements are hex elements, right? Check that the Jacobian of the elements is within acceptable limits. If they are, you should be OK as is.

I dont see any problem in mesh. However if you want more control, try ICEM
