Moving boundary problem

Hi, I am really new in using Gambit and Fluent. I am dealing with a simple problem like this.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nWX6On8H3Mg

Will the geometry simply be drawn in usual manner for outer and inner rectangles (Drawing two blocks and subtarcting the smaller from larger one)and then just change the boundary conditions for the smaller one in fluent accordingly (translational in this case). This doesnt work actually, so can any one help me through this.
What if smaller one is actually a vertically oscillating circle. In the gambit portion, what options do I have. Also how to use dynamic mesh or sliding mesh in such problems(if necessary in this case). Kindly let me know if tutorials are available for these(Gambit or design modeler).

Thanks.

This problem is more related to Fluent forum. Post a new thread there and if you have some problem in meshing then do come here and we will be more than happy to help you.
