Hi,
I am trying to create hexahedral mesh for the following geometry attached by using blocking technique but i am unable to generate the mesh for the same actually i am unable to create an individual block for two cylinders on the square box. The after the creation of block also their are some lines left on the plain and therefore the mesh is not generated properly i am New to ICEM if somebody can provide few steps how to deal with blocking in case of my geometry.

diamondx will become famous soon enough
You need to have those line. you doing fine, keep those line, and associate them with the circles's edge...

After Association of these line should i mesh using Global Mesh setup. IF possible please provide some directives since i am new to ICEM.i have associated the edges and try to mesh is using global mesh option with "Cartesian mesh" the mesh is been generated but when i develop an output file it generate the output file but the file is not opening in fluent also.The task i need to accomplish is as follows.

I just want to make an hexahedral mesh in ICEM and take an output for fluent in .msh formate i want this because it will save the file in ASCII formate which i can import in Open Foam. It had been 3 days now that i am not able to do this silly job i am not able to undersand where my things are getting wrong please help me in doing so.
Thanks

This is what you want to achieve? Some adjustments are needed in edge mesh parameters and vertex location.

No.
Thanks far

i will edit that things.i have another doubt regarding the output of the mesh i want to use this mesh generated to be used in Fluent so what is the procedure for it presently what i am doing is as follows;
1.) going to solver ans selecting ANSYS fluent ans in second option choosing Ansys.
2.) Clicking output.

But doing this i don't see any mesh conversion from hexa mesh converting to tetrahedral mesh.it has generated the .msh file and when i read that that file in fluent it still shows that hexahedrals cells only on the domain and in the mesh check.
so please tell am i converting it in right way.
