I've got this sudden change in the size of the element as shown in the picture below. Should i worry about it ? Thanks a lot

thank your far for you answer. i will make the split where the slope begins tomorrow.
I will try to open up the lower mesh, but that will take too much time... quality can also get worse... i will see what i can do

thanks FAR and broly. the split was a good step. then i came across the project curve on surface to get the same curve in the rear back, i checked the ratio of how the rear back was bigger than the front, then i used it in the scale geometry option, it gave me the same topology but bigger to keep a good quality here is a screenshot:
