2D ICEM Mesh Problem

I am a beginner in CFD and trying to mesh a 2D pipe y-junction. When I generate the mesh and then try to read it in Fluent, the following error pops up:

Reading: fluent12.msh"...

Clearing partially read grid.
2351 nodes.
2200 quadrilateral cells, zone 21.
4250 2D interior faces, zone 22.
280 2D wall faces, zone 23.

Building...

topology is not good at intersection

you made a triangle at intersection. Is it playing any important role?

Thanks for you reply. I did it because I thought it would work. Could you suggest how I should change it to make it work?
