Meshing Size Function In Workbench

Hello dear friends, i'm new to ANSYS meshing system, i used to mesh with GAMBIT. In GAMBIT we have an option called Size Function that we can Inflate for example a blade mesh with the specified rate to it's domain. But i can't find it in ANSYS.
