help in Global mesh setup

1 Attachment(s)
Hello,
I was doing a jet flight mesh. i have problem with surface capturing. I like to know how to calculate or predict the value for global mesh setup.

values:
FF= 10
Jet=0.05
Radiator=0.03 (this part is getting meshed sometime but sometime not)

please someone help me.. i was just making in random method. It will be nice if i know what i was doing. I have read the help from ICEM but it helped only little. It will be very help full if someone give me an advice. How to make it clean.

Note: I can not make mesh fine because of the limitation of system configuration but if that is the only way. i can give a try

Thank you

You can use larger sizes and curvature and proximity based size function to capture the important areas.

Hi Far
i dont have and geometry line in that edge. I already tried curve and proximity method but it did't help. I created separate part to mesh now but still this part is little hard to get a smooth mesh. I like to know is there any advanced method for this solution or still i'm searching in the wrong direction for the solution. please advise.

Thank you
