Is there a tool that allows you to determine the exact coordinates of a specific point? I need to find the (x,y,z) for the center of a circular face in my geometry. I couldn't find anything on the ANSYS tutorials that shows you how to measure this for an existing geometry.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you need to know it, or is it sufficient to place an origin there? If you select a circular surface and create a new plane, you will have the plane origin in the center.

In ansys meshing you can create a coordinate system in the same manner, and also find out what the global coordinates are from the coordinate system details.

I have placed an origin there and am importing interpolation data into x,y,z coordinates. I want to make sure that my data is importing correctly into my user coordinate frame. In order to do this I want to run my simulation with the same data, but shifted to match what the Ansys coordinate frame is. If I get the same results both times, then I can just use the user frame from here on out. The problem is, no one seems to know how to find the coordinates of a given point in the DesignModeler for Ansys.

Just open the model in Ansys meshing and create a coordinate system on the surface. Then you'll get your coordinates. Then go back to DM and continue modeling.
