Default Meshing Problem in Ansys workbench

How to mesh this kind of hexa using ansys workbench meshing..I am not familiar with ICEM cfd...is there any idea for that..??
I am doing a heat transfer problem.....so hot water is flowing from the top and have to see the outlet temperature based on the cell size in the fluid region as well as solid region....that is my initial study...help me please...Kindly see the image....

Kindly have a look and tell me how it is possible..thanks in advance..
