-mAx- will become famous soon enough
full tetra?
full hexa?
hybrid?
do want to get your mesh quickly or do you have time to spend for achieving something nice with hexa?

hi max,
I managed to make a mesh to a single cylinder and I find difficulty to mesh the secondary cylinder above it or intersect. I send you a file to see how I did the first mesh.

yes pipe intersections with hexa (and gambit) always ask some work.
get inspired from this tutorial: http://aerojet.engr.ucdavis.edu/gamb...guide/tg03.htm
