Default how to extrude mesh from a surface with icem

dear friends:
i want to generate mesh for a cube.
i first generate mesh in a square, then i want to extrue the square mesh into 3d cube mesh.
how to do it in icemcfd.

under the "edit mesh", there is extrude mesh, select the elements you want to extrude and hit apply...

I set the Mouse binding in ICEMCFD as shown in attachment. but it will restore the default value automatically.
Could you please tell me what is the reasong
