[ICEM] Hole near the boundary edges for 3D mesh

Hi all,
I am trying to mesh a quite complicated geometry part by part.
The problem is that when I am trying to mesh a very simple parts, it is detecting holes in the boundary and making a very weird mesh. Check the image.
What I should do to avoid it?

did you build topology ?? give a smaller size ...

Yes, I have build the topology!
Smaller than this will make the volume mesh go higher than 100 G cells.
Building the topology, I put all the curves and points in a separate part, GEOM.

Have you tried lowering the tolerances?
