Please your advices to mesh this geometry in structured mesh

Please, can you set out in detail (with a picture for example) what is your trouble? I downloaded the geom and I´m not sure about what are you asking for..

You need to use y-grid when dealing with triangular shape.

Merge vertex then convert block to y-grid. you will find to many ressource on how to do that in cfd-online just use the search tool.

I try simple meshing in structred mesh but I had problem in the triangle part so, I tried quarter O grid (see pic2) but stil have a bad quality in the corner (see pic1)

The project i gave you has a minimal quality of 0.8... for your case may be you touched the association or something? it does not have to do with blocking

You have to click pre-mesh quality criterion 3x3x3. In your picture appears 2x2x2!
Anyway diamondx give you the key!
