how to define conjugate heat transfer

hi friends,

I quite new in Ansys-fluent and intend to simulate the air flow over a cuboid by using ansys meshing. the model have been created using Boolean tool to distinguish between solid and fluid part in design modeler. The connection is also created automatically in the interface. It is worth mentioning that shadow wall must be created in the fluent to consider the coupled thermal boundary condition, but in my case i don't have not only any shadow wall but also no option for enabling coupled thermal boundary condition. Do i need to nominate the contact region as an interface!!?

For better understanding the problem, i have attached a schematic of the problem for your kind review.
