Hello, everyone~~
I have the compressor rotor model created by Solidworks, and I want to make a simulation of the model, but I have no idea how to create a periodic fluid passage of the compressor ,like in the picture below. Can anyone be so kind as to tell me the tricks?

diamondx will become famous soon enough
you need to subtract a fluid domain. this is done by creating an enclosure around your blade, then applying a boolean operation so the blade are removed from the enclosure. this how you get the fluid domain. use the tool search in the forum to get more detail about how it is done. there are also videos on how to do that in youtube. if you can't find it, come back here i will show them to you, i'm a little bit in a hurry now

Thanks very much for your quick reply.I have seen the video on Youtube, but the method is not suitable for creating a periodic fluid domain like the fluid domain created with bladegen, or maybe I am wrong.Could you please show me your way? I 'll really appreciate if you can waste your time sending me a tutorial by email. my email:shuaixiaomai@gmail.com.
Thanks again~~
