mesh generation for reactive distillation tray

hello,
i am new to ansys fluent and working on it for my msc thesis.. i have geometry of reactive distillation tray column and now i want to mesh this plate but i am having error of "meshing process ran out of memory"
i have tried all meshing methods( automatic, patch conforming and patch independent) but same error with all methods.
can anyone help me to solve this meshing problem...
here is the geometry

you must have given a very very small size to yuur elements....give a bigger size

yup you are right..i solved it yesterday...default size was set to 0.0014 and when i set it to 0.014 it was solved and meshed easily...
anyways lot of thanks for your help....
