Difference between meshes

Hello:

I am doing a research project and i would like to know which is the best mesh to use in a fluid, squared or triangle mesh.

Thank you.

Depend on the geometry that you are using

It is a 2d simulation, it is a rectagle where the inlet is in the right and the outflow is in the left side, the top edge and the bottom edge are walls, which mesh do you recomend me to use?. Do you know if there is any document where i can see the diferences between the different kind of meshes?

Thank you.

for a rectangle 2d, I think a structured mesh shouldn't be so complicated
