Default mesh a cilinder with a cube substracted

I am tryin to mesh in gambit a cilinder with a cube inside substracted. the mesh have to be HEX, how can I do it? I can do with TET/HIBRID but I need to do with HEX.

You need an O-Grid. For that split your domain like that:
