Exception Error for Mesh File Export
 

Dear All

I am bit new on Ansys Workbench and following the initial tutorials. Our university has purchased the Academic Licence for Ansys 14.
When I follow the tutorial then every thing is OK in DesignModeler, and when i launch the Ansys Meshing then every thing is also OK there during meshing but when i try to UPDATE my mesh then following error comes:

An exception occurred during mesh file export. Please send your data to your support provider.

I have tried several times, with several simple geometries (only one simple rectangle even). But getting same problem.
Anyone have any idea? is this some thing installation issue of the software, or i do not have privilege to use ANSYS MESH under academic License?

Please Help me...I am hooked up.
