Vane Tidal Turbine's Errors in CFX Solver

Hi Everyone,
Recently I was trying to make a flow field over a Vane Tidal Turbine (its images in the link below). And I got some troulbles while running the CFX-Solver. I mean that after making a mesh (I used Tetra-mesh for my model) and setting up the parameters in CFX-Post, I run my model in CFX-Solver, but immediately the errors appeared. Also I tried to changed the most suitable parameters for my design, and made the Tetra-mesh carefully. Then, the similar errors kept appearing. About my disign and errors is presented in the link below. Could anyone give some advices for this?:confused::confused:

I believe its too little too late. Anyways

Refer the link to check the possible reasons for your error.

Since you mention that you get the error upon changing from Opening to Outlet BC, extend the flow domain further downstream and use Outlet BC. You might want to look at the following link (particularly the last part of it).
