[ICEM] Body Conformal Mesh

Dear mates,

I have tried to generate a mesh around a wing in ICEM. It seems that grid generated around the wing root is body conformal (an ellipse), while I couldn't create such a grid earlier!!
I have attached a picture and as it's obvious, grid boundaries have exceeded the block boundary and have formed an ellipse. The question lies here: How is it possible to have control over grid shape?

Is the wing of constant cord length and angle of attack? You can control the grid shape by moving vertices and edges. You can also have control by associating edges to corresponding curves. If I'm not wrong, I can see from your picture that you are using the o-grid topology.

Thanks for replying,
The wing has a taper ratio but there is no twist across the wing.
I see that it is possible to move vertices to define the shape of block (I have done it already).
As you implied, I am using on O-grid mesh type.
I intended to say that why grid cells are not confined in the rectangular block (colored in black) at the root and are forming an ellipse instead.

Dear Syavash,

The grid cells are not confined in that rectangular block because they are following the shape of the airfoil at the root. The same happens along the wingspan. If the grid was not following that shape, I guess that the cells near the edges of the rectangular block would probably be highly distorted, resulting in a low quality of mesh in this region. This grid lines forming an ellipse should become straighter as you move farther from the wing. I hope I made myself enough clear.

Why do you want the cells within this block to match the shape of the black rectangle? Is there any special reason?
