Setting up time steps for transient thermal analysis on mechanical

Good morning dear community,

I am trying to model a transient heat transfert problem ; a pipe, containing some water at 20°C (initially) is heated with a wire fixed on its side. Around the pipe and the wire, i put a layer of insulating material. I want to run a simulation that would last for at least 3 hours to see how fast the fluid is getting heated up. However, it seems that mechanical does not allow me to set a time step greater than 1, which means i have to run 10800 iterations (1 for each second).

Also, i ve tried to get around this problem by reducing the number of -sub-increment which is set to 100 by step (defaut value) to 1, but i have to specify it manually for all the 10800 steps, which is a waste of time.

Can anyone here please tell me how to increase the time step beyond 1s or tell me how to change the number of sub-increment for all steps at the same time ?

Thank you
