High skew elements at junction of hex cells
 

I have a domain that is mostly strictured. For that portion I am using a swept mesh. For the only
Portion that is not sweep able I am using a tet mesh. I am having the issue that the transition cells going from the hex mesh to the tet mesh are highly skewed. Is there a simple fix? I feel like I always have this problem with hybrid meshes. Please offer some advice!

Have you tried options to control mesh size?
