Creating arc Included of many small arcs

Hello

I want to draw a spillway in gambit. I have sketch and dimensions in Autocad(you can see in attached image)
The polyline Included of many small polylines. How can i draw that in gambit?

I can not import edges in gambit and create face in autocad.
