Quality problem adjusting grid with y+

3 Attachment(s)
I am currently working on the blade.

In order to get y+ to be near 1, I'm working on edge parameter
and have really bad quality(determinant) near pressure side of the blade
for the height of the first grid to be smaller than 0.014,
where it needs to be 0.004 according to calculation.

Weird part is, suction side shows no problem even for 0.001 of grid spacing, but for pressure side, even 0.013 causes problem.

I'm pretty sure there's no problem with geometry since I drew this geometry in ICEM with really low tolerance(less than 1e-06),
and I tried to check association problem,
but failed to find any problem.

What you see from the picture is that the pressure side of the blade and you see ogrid around the blade, associated to curves.

Any suggestion will be really appreciated.
(Sorry that I can't upload the files due to license of the geometry)

May be changing blocking will solve problem
