[ICEM] How to repair overlapping surfaces

Hi guys,

I am trying to repair my geometry which contains huge number of overlapping faces. Is it possible to repair it using ICEM?

Even some faces are not completely but partially overlapped.

Most of these faces are those for two conjugate solid bodies which I need to unite them into one solid body.

Generate octree mesh and then delete geometry.

Use edit mesh tools to rectify any error.

Now recreate surfaces from the underlying mesh.
