are you rotating the blocks, or rotating after converting to unstructured ?

no it is correct. when you rotate your mesh , check "remove duplicate element" by merging nodes

thanks, My Friend

I do all thing that u said .... I gave telorance for Merge the node
that is not good So when I give automatic tolerance the problem solved.
just volume orientation error And some warning is remain (about 37 element) ...

what is your idea for solve this problem?
(this problem due to when we export to Fluent , fluent cannot open it...)

and When i export it to CfX just One of My blade Comes Not Whole of My Propeller ...
What your idea for solve this problem too?

So thanks
Regard
