Hi everybody
I am simulating a burner. My reactor has 1 fluid zone (1 Volume). Exporting to a mesh is completed successfully. However, when I open the mesh on Fluent, I get the following message: "Cannot change Interiore to interior because there is only one adjacent cell thread." Interiore consists of the internal surfaces which delimit some blocks and they should be theoretically interior. I tried imposing or not this boundary condition in ICEM. How can I do to solve this problem? Please help me! Thanks a lot Regads |

something does not make sense there, you need to find it. We all agree that because they are interior, they should have cells in both faces. there is a boundary there with cells in only one face, like inlet and outlet, and still you want it to be interior, impossible. you need to find it.

Thank you Diamondx.
If I have understood correctly I must check if each Interiore Surface has cells in both faces, right? Sorry, but I'm not a great expert in ICEM. |

I don't follow you, how can I do to be sure that I meshed each side of the face?
I mean, face is connected to blocks and when I mesh, Icem should do it in each side of the internal surfaces automatically. Thank you |
