Hello friends...

I am working on an annular diffuser geometry having two sections
1. 18 degree diffuser
2. 5 degree diffuser
The diffuser have shaft and 5 supporting struts extended from hub to casing .
At the joint of strut at hub and casing i have made fillet.
The problem is with fillet geometry i am not able to mesh it properly. I have to attach boundary layer at the casing as well as hub.
Both copper scheme and tet/hyb scheme is not working.
without fillet i have already meshed. but with fillet gambit is showing error.
Please help..
thank you so much.....

-If your physics enables it, you may work with symetries or peridoicity
-Reagarding your problem, if you display a little more, and specially in the area of your fillet, maybe we could see where the problem is. But I would say, you could handle this issue with a size function on the fillet (refinement on the fillet)
