Improving Mesh quality

2 Attachment(s)
Hi All

Struggling to improve the quality of a tet mesh. The only lever I know how to pull is the global refinement but that should not be my go to response. I have no yellow or green lines but I am still getting quite a few elements under 0.5 in quality. What are my options? Per the screenshot I am getting low quality elements on flat surfaces.

Can I fix this with surface mesh refinement?

Also if I have single element hanging out that is of low quality is there something I can do manually to fix it. I have yet to use any of the features in the edit mesh tab.

Any advice ?

Thanks in advance.
