simulation on delta wing in 3D

i am in post graduation & now i am currently start my project on the simulation of delta wing in 3D by using the software like ICEM ,FLUENT but i did not use it before therefore i face a lot of difficulties for creating in geometry and meshing please help me .
i want some tutorial of these softwares through which i can easily understand
if there is possible please send me the links .
